Accessibility

Our approach

We work to make Fluhfee usable with a keyboard, assistive technology, and different display settings. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our development and testing target. This is an ongoing effort, not a statement that every page or third-party experience has been certified.

Using Fluhfee

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls and Enter or Space to activate them. The first navigation link lets you skip to the main content.
• Use your browser’s zoom and your device’s reduced-motion setting. The homepage also offers a control to pause its background animations.
• Calendar authorization and payment flows may open pages operated by another provider. Let us know if a barrier there prevents you from completing a Fluhfee task.

Report a barrier or ask for help

Email support@fluhfee.com with “Accessibility help” in the subject. Tell us which page or task was difficult, what happened, and how you would prefer us to respond. If useful, include your browser, device, and assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability or send private meeting content.

We will review the report and work with you on an accessible way to complete the task. You can also request information from a page in another format. Contacting us is not required before exercising any legal right.

Ongoing review

Our checks include automated scans and focused review of navigation, labels, form errors, focus, color contrast, and motion controls. Automated checks cannot identify every barrier. We continue to review changes and welcome feedback from people using assistive technology.
