FLUHFEE

Terms of Service

The terms for using Fluhfee’s meeting preparation tools.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Using Fluhfee

These Terms govern your use of fluhfee.com and the Fluhfee application (“Fluhfee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). When you expressly accept these Terms, including through an account-creation or other acceptance control that links to them, they form an agreement governing your use of the service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content through an acceptance control. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use Fluhfee. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so. Some features may be available only to approved accounts during private prelaunch.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use only accounts and integrations you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to meet our obligations. Contact support@fluhfee.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Meeting content and participants

You retain your rights to content you provide. You grant Fluhfee permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including creating preparation materials, processing requested AI features, and sharing content according to your settings and instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us. It lasts only as needed for the stated purposes and any permitted retention described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping copies of materials that are important to you; Fluhfee is not an archival or records-management service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload materials, import attendee details, add contacts, send invitations, and share information about others. Hosts must explain their information requests and choose appropriate sharing settings. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless the service is appropriate for your purpose and you are authorized to provide it.

Hosts are responsible for selecting lawful and appropriate questions, giving participants any required notices, and honoring applicable participant rights. Do not require a participant to disclose medical records, government identification numbers, passwords, financial account credentials, or similarly sensitive information through a preparation form. Fluhfee is not designed for emergency response, regulated medical recordkeeping, or decisions about employment, credit, insurance, or other high-impact eligibility.

Review shared links and recipient lists before sharing. Recipients may retain or forward downloaded files or emails. Deleting content from Fluhfee cannot recall copies others have already received.

4. Connected calendars and meeting services

Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Apple, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Connecting a service authorizes Fluhfee to use the permissions you grant for the features described in the app and Privacy Policy. You can disconnect supported integrations through your account settings or revoke access with the provider.

Integration availability depends on the provider, your account permissions, and technical conditions. Imports and refreshes may be delayed or incomplete. Review important meeting times, joining links, and recipients in the source calendar. Removing a connection does not automatically delete previously imported Fluhfee content.

5. AI assistance

AI-generated agendas, questions, summaries, and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before acting on or sharing them. They are preparation aids and are not professional advice or verified assessments of people. You remain responsible for decisions and communications made using these features. Outputs may not be unique, may omit context, and should not be used to infer protected traits, diagnose a person, score their suitability for employment, or make other consequential decisions about them. Illustrative demonstrations, estimates, and time-saving examples are not guarantees of performance or financial results.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Fluhfee to violate the law or another person’s rights; send spam; harass, deceive, or impersonate others; distribute malware; expose confidential information without permission; or attempt unauthorized access. Do not bypass access restrictions or usage limits, disrupt the service, scrape private content, attempt to extract credentials or model instructions, or misuse another user’s meeting links or credentials. Do not resell access or copy or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it. Report suspected security issues privately to support@fluhfee.com; do not access another person’s data to demonstrate a problem.

7. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Free and paid features, prices, billing periods, and usage limits are described in the plan and checkout information shown when you subscribe. If you purchase a recurring subscription, the amount and billing frequency are shown before payment. A monthly or annual plan renews for successive periods of the same length unless you cancel before renewal. You authorize the disclosed recurring charges when you complete checkout, subject to applicable law and any required consent. A free allocation does not itself authorize a charge. Applicable taxes may be added.

You can manage your subscription using the billing controls available in your account. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, as shown in the cancellation flow. Unless the offer states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, payments for a period that has already begun are non-refundable and unused time or allowances are not paid out. This does not remove remedies for unauthorized charges, a service we fail to provide, or other statutory rights. Any price change for an existing subscription will apply prospectively, with required notice and an opportunity to cancel. Cancel through Account → Plan & usage → Manage billing. Contact billing@fluhfee.com if you cannot access cancellation, or for billing or refund questions. Deleting the app from a device does not itself cancel a subscription. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Fluhfee’s rights and availability

Fluhfee and its licensors retain rights in the application, branding, and service materials, apart from your content. We give you permission to use the service for its intended purposes while you comply with these Terms.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Prelaunch and experimental features may change substantially. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message, or compatibility with every device or third-party service. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid services and honor applicable refund or cancellation rights.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Fluhfee at any time, disconnect integrations, and request or initiate account deletion. Cancel any paid subscription through the applicable billing controls. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, security threats, misuse, or legal requirements. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when appropriate and lawful.

Content retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, and liability provisions, survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that meeting preparation or generated content will achieve a particular result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fluhfee and its service providers are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost anticipated savings, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service, even if advised that they were possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fluhfee’s total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Fluhfee for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. This limit applies across claims and legal theories, rather than separately to each claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, remedy, or consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is not allowed, it applies only to the extent the law permits. Nothing requires you to release a claim for a violation of law or prevents contacting a regulator.

11. Business-user responsibility for third-party claims

If you use Fluhfee on behalf of a business or organization, that organization agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to defend and indemnify Fluhfee against third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs arising from content it supplied without the necessary rights, its unlawful invitations or processing of personal information, or its material misuse of the service. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by Fluhfee’s own breach, negligence, or wrongful conduct, and does not apply to you solely as an individual consumer.

We will give prompt notice of a covered claim, reasonable cooperation, and an opportunity to control its defense with qualified counsel. No settlement may admit fault for, impose a non-monetary obligation on, or restrict the rights of the other party without that party’s consent.

12. Concerns, accessibility, and disputes

Please contact support@fluhfee.com so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. For accessibility barriers, see our Accessibility page. This invitation to contact us is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal right, filing a complaint, seeking urgent relief, or bringing a claim, and does not shorten any legal deadline. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction or venue rights provided by applicable law remain available.

13. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your contractual rights without our consent, except where law permits it. We may transfer this agreement as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and the Google-specific consent requirements described there.

These Terms and any offer or separate written agreement you expressly accept govern the relevant service. A specific written agreement controls if it expressly overrides a conflicting provision. Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law; this does not excuse payment already owed or remove mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes when required. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any required agreement. Posting an update does not retroactively impose a new liability limitation or dispute-resolution term on a claim that already arose. We will request affirmative acceptance where required. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the service and contact us about account closure or any applicable rights.

Questions about these Terms or a service concern? Email support@fluhfee.com so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights you have under applicable law.
