Fluhfee

Meeting preparation software

A few answers.
A better plan for the conversation.

Fewer meetings. Better conversations. More time for you. Fluhfee gathers input before you meet and brings it into a clear brief and agenda. Prepare with the people in the room, so the conversation can begin with a little more clarity and connection.

What is Fluhfee?

A shared place to get ready.

Fluhfee helps an organizer define the purpose of a meeting, ask participants useful questions and bring their responses into an agenda and preparation brief.

It is designed for people preparing client conversations, team discussions, one-on-ones and other meetings where context matters. Keep your calendar and video-call tools; share the Fluhfee preparation link alongside the invitation.

How the preparation works

Give the conversation a head start.

  1. 01

    Start with a purpose.

Create a Fluhfee from scratch or bring in meeting details. Name the outcome you want and add the context people need.

  2. 02

    Ask before everyone arrives.

Choose preparation questions and share the response link. Ask about goals, blockers and expectations, with optional questions that help people connect.

  3. 03

    Bring the answers together.

Read what people need, including minority concerns, dependencies and timing constraints. Use those answers to shape a preparation brief and editable agenda, with ready updates set aside as pre-reads.

  4. 04

    Share a clearer starting point.

Review and edit the proposed plan, then choose what participants can see. Lead with the decisions and people that need attention. Confirm next steps together; nothing is sent, rescheduled or cancelled automatically.

Illustrative story · fictional people and outcomes

The invitation says “website launch.”
The answers change the agenda.

Choose a realistic launch date and resolve design approval. The same fictional launch example appears on our homepage.

Ana · availability

“I can only stay for the first 15 minutes. I need a decision on design approval.”

Put design approval first, with the discussion finished inside Ana’s first 15 minutes. Her availability changes the order.

Priya · dependency

“QA needs five business days after design is approved. Oct 20 is risky.”

Resolve design approval before choosing a realistic launch date. Two votes for Nov 3 do not settle Priya’s QA concern, and missing answers are not agreement.

Marcus · pre-read

“The copy is ready. I’ve shared the link; we don’t need to walk through it.”

Move the ready copy update into preparation to review beforehand. Keep live discussion for unresolved work.

The host · review
Review the evidence, edit the proposed agenda and choose what to share. During the conversation, hear from Ana early, ask what QA needs, then agree owners and dates together. The host decides whether a meeting is still needed.

This is a fictional example, not a measured time-saving result. Fluhfee proposes preparation; people make the decisions.
